7 lbs down

Day two of the liquid fast was a little tougher than the first. I felt horribly hungry the entire day. I kept pumping myself with tea hoping to fool my stomach into thinking it was full of the good stuff. No luck.

My daily diet for the next week and a half is:
Breakfast - Optifast shake
Snack - Optifast shake
Lunch - Optifast shake
Snack - Optifast shake
Dinner - Optifast shake or Optifast soup
Snack - Optifast nutrition bar
I can also have a total of three sugar free Jell-o cups or sugar free Popsicles per day.

At around 3am this morning I had the WORST case of reflux I've ever had. I really hope it was an isolated incident.

The Good News is - I've already lost a total of 7 (!) pounds since Wednesday. This is a total of 10 pounds overall so far. WOW!
